As above. I had this issue for 3 years before solving it when I saw this video. I didn’t need to fully remove the seat from the car but tilted it back onto the rear seats, if that makes sense. Have a quick check of the other wires while you are in there 2017 Jaguar F Pace 25t Portfolio - still part of the JLR family 😀
