If the Johnson rods "trick" the suspension by changing the sensor readings, has anyone simply realigned using the IID tool and the target heights + 40mm? e.g. 533mm instead of 493mm for the fronts and 523mm instead of 483mm for the rear.

I was going to say, if you have a IID tool then you can reprogramme the suspension to your desired heights without the need for the rods! Bish.
