2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Santorini Black

Adaptive Headlights & Cornering lights - standard?

Did these come as standard on the 2011 Vogue SE?

I can see the little lights in the corner of the cluster but never noticed if they work.. And some searches I do suggest that the Vogue SE came with the adaptive Headlights as standard.. though I don't recall seeing the indicator light on startup in the dash. 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE - 'Black Betty'
2000 4.0 P38 HSE - 'Green Goblin' - Gone.

Is there any visible difference between the two types, looking from outside? 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE - 'Black Betty'

Had the same query myself. Mines not got them, though cornering light wise… it still has the area of the headlight with the segments in etc. The only difference is that you can see LEDs in the segments on the units with cornering lights.

Adaptive headlights, where the actual main bulb turns with the front wheels, mines not got that either, and they are also different headlight units, and ECU and loom I believe.

Not sure if you can get Adaptive lights without Corning lights and vice versa. Not studied the options that closely.

I did a thread when I asked the question when I got mine.

Can’t see any mention of cornering lights in any shape or form on 2011 MY, only adaptive headlights…

Not standard, just list Xenon with headlight wash as standard. Was the optional bit I took a screenshot of.

Mines not got either feature. Got my build sheet from Duckworths.

2006 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Buckingham Blue

My understanding from the WM is that Cornering or Static Banding Lamps as the WM calls them are only available with AFS. I think when AFS is specified then they are standard.

I have a 2005 price list for the MY06 and AFS was a £300 option on Vogue models but standard on Vogue SE and the SC models

I’ve got both dynamic and cornering lights, but I do have an autobiography with vision pack, exactly as per the spec list specified if.

There we go then. Looks like they come as a package and are not standard, unless it’s an AB.
