Sorry I can’t help you with the part number but I’ve had the same issue on mine. The plastic hook that goes through the hole can be gently bent (leg of the hook) while it’s out of the hole (in its lowest position). Then guide it back into the hole. At least this worked on mine. Current

Bend it back. Works a treat. Careful with heat. Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"
