FBH is fitted as standard on all diesels as the diesels are more efficient than petrols so generate less heat and so take longer to warm up….

It was an option on the petrols I believe, but not many people chose it.

You may be lucky and have it, but I imagine it’s a faff to retrofit.

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey

Just to recap:-

When activating the climate control via radio, I don’t get any airflow through any vents. Doesn’t matter if I choose heat or vent. The led on fan speed flashes & at the start of the cycle can here actuators moving for around 20 seconds but that’s about it.

All the fan speeds work when using the dial with engine running normally.

Anyone else had this?

I have exactly the same issue. It'll come on at the preset time. The light on the fan control will flash as noises happen for about 10 seconds or so then it all goes dead. Can't select it manually on the screen either as it then goes greyed out. 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE - 'Black Betty'

Hi Marty

Thanks for the info, good to know I’m not the only one with this issue.
Would be good to sort it before the winter weather sets in.

Hopefully someone will be along with the solution 🤞😀

My plan is to get the wabasto diag stuff and see what's going on. After that, God knows.

I've got mine going in tomorrow for a health check though so I'll add it to the list. 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE - 'Black Betty'
