Does anyone know if tow assist is simply a config files software mod? I have a factory deployable tow bar yet it seems strange the vehicle does not appear to have Tow Assist.

Any ideas how easy it is to get Tow Assist sorted?

Not sure but unless you have 360-degree camera`s you can`t get? if you do, then I think it would be possible?

Don’t know what year your car is, but there have been different flavours of Tow Assist through the model years.

All I’d say is that I’ve got what I think is the first generation of TA and although it’s fully enabled in my car, I have spent more hours than I dare admit here trying to get any sensible use out of it, so unless it’s a very easy add on for you I’d be really sure first that you want it. 2016 SDV8 AB
