For the time it takes, I’d try it without the spacers… though of course the tyres might rub on the inside, but you can always put the spacers back and be no worse off. I’m assuming the spacers have been added for aesthetics, I don’t know the max tyre size that fits under.

That's a 32" tyre, I had those on fatty off roader, I didn't have spacers but don't know what offset your wheels are, as has been said you will probably get away with a smaller spacer or none at all... the only issue I had was rear off side arch where the fuel filler pipe goes to the tank, had to heat up the arch and persuade it in an inch or so...

285/ 45 / 22 are too tall the speedo will not be accurate unless you use an IID tool to recalibrate the speedo, |

If those are authentic overfinch wheels, 22x9.5 ET50, then they should clear without the spacers. |
