I don't think it's a problem with the tool - the suspension needs to be in normal mode to calibrate.

When entering calibration mode on the tool the message not in customer mode appears.

Well it's your call but I would try toggling the build mode as I suggested and see whether it's set correctly. I had all sorts of weirdness on my D3 when the build mode was set incorrectly. 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

You have accidently reversed a height sensor or both a common mistake when you disconnected then to change the lower arms.

I thought that but drivers side adjustment arm can only go one way. Passenger’s side is a mirror of the driver side.

I would have thought that if your old arm bushes were really worn the new ones have pulled the hub into it's correct position which will have altered the tracking making your steering wheel not straight. |
