Suspension bounces all over when starting after sitting

Have no idea what is causing this. But if I leave the RR off for a few hours or over night…as soon as I start it the suspension freaks out a bit and bounces the car around. It’s like it’s self leveling but it feels like an amusement park ride getting tossed about a bit. Not very smooth at all. Any idea why or how to fix this?

also noticed the gap between front tire and fender in the front is always 1/2” or more than the gap between the rear tires and fender. Kinda bugs me.[/b] 2014 FF Autobiography 5.0 SC

Sounds like there is a leak in a bag somewhere and it’s sitting down over night. Do you have any errors or codes stored?

Put the car into high mode and see if you can hear any air escaping from the bags.

There is a detail on here for the correct suspension heights, with the car on level ground in normal mode. It’s possible that the height sensors need calibrating using a diagnostic tool. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I don’t think I have a leak bc I can leave it days and it won’t be on bump stops or sagging at all. It just rocks around a bit when I start it. Was thinking maybe the ARC block was the culprit. I believe that’s pretty pricey to replace…which in that case I can live with it until it fails totally.

Sounds more like your second point…unfortunately I don’t have a diagnostic tool. 2014 FF Autobiography 5.0 SC

Not sure if the ARC block would do that. the issues around that were more to do with knocking and harsh ride Afaik. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I still occasionally get the suspension lean fault on my dash so I don’t know what the deal is. This is after replacing all 4 front LCAs and sway bar bushings (had the fault before I changed out all those things) 2014 FF Autobiography 5.0 SC
