Hi
I wonder if anyone has had the same problem as me I store a number on genuine media centre and it asks for name If I have say, Anne saved on there every name I ask it to save another name like stephen or steve even Helen, it says sounds to like Anne three times then cancels.
I have tried saving stephen first then helen but it says it sounds too much like stephen. Its driving me mad trying to get just 6 names and numbers on it. sometimes you might say 5666 and it'll say 52666 but most times it gets numbers correct. Any ideas?

It’s not the best, when I set mine up and I said “Mum” it said it was too short… had to go with “Mum Mobile”. My TD6 using the BMW system was fine…

Not sure how you clear them out and start again.

Voice system on the 322 is crap.

You could try as Mark says, saving each as 2 words, but personally I wouldn’t bother. I gave up using it on both my 322’s, the one on the 405 is much better but I still just push the buttons….. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
