Germany 2002 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Barolo Black
gear ratio of RR LM322 Differential Gear & transfer case

Hello,

for a project I need the gear ratios of the front & rear differential gear (tbb000070, tag500063) and the transfer case (IAB999933). Does anybody know where I can get these technical specs?
Model RR LM322 Year 2002

Thank You.

For 2002-2005/6MY, the petrol 4.4 V8 final drives had a ratio of 41T/11T = 3.7273 and for the diesel 3.0 TD6 the ratio was 41T/10T = 4.1000

In low range the NV225 transfer box used a reduction epicyclic with 49T on the sun gear and 83T on the annulus gear. The input is connected to the sun gear and the carrier drives the Torsen unit. With the annulus permanently earthed, this gives a reduction ratio of (49+83)/49 = 2.6939. In high range, the input is locked directly to the Torsen i.e. ratio = 1.0000
