If I plan a route or select a destination in the route planner app, it should automatically appear in the navigation saved or favourites.

Problem is, the navigation keeps logging itself out and I have to re-enter the password if/when I restart the car (yes save password and stay logged in is ticked) Wot's that in old money

I had this problem when I had an F Pace. I just gave up in the end and chopped the car in for another FFRR, but one without the too clever by half ICTPro!

It has the latest software update, but I've not used the car that much since I updated it 2 weeks ago, so would have to check to see if that's sorted it. MY23 Panamera E-Hybrid

I had the software updated 3 times in the year I owned the F Pace and one problem would be cured only for others to emerge. It was very frustrating and I’d rather not have the system as a result. A shame, because if it works properly it would be brilliant

I always use Waze via ACP but thought I'd plan a route using the Route Planner on my iPhone....

What a load of whatsit! Who on earth came up with this useless bit of kit???

I can't enter a route at all, it keeps telling me I have no route planned even though I enter a destination in the box, it tells me.. "Route to unknown Location",and underneath a bar with "start" on it...what is that all about?

Is there a tutorial anywhere which shows how to use it, because I have no idea?  All LR cars from 1984

The app used to work perfectly but hasn’t synced the last couple of times I’ve tried it. So I use the web version on my phone and it syncs automatically with no issues as all. MY23 Panamera E-Hybrid

As per Martin2 mentions above the app has stopped working for me and I can’t send destinations to the car. However as also mentioned going the web based route does work well, especially when using an iPad or similar device. Range Rover Sport 2023 D350 Autobiography

My car is in Llanelli according to the app and online, which is about 100 miles from where I am. I have been to Llanelli once in my life, so how can that be? I have no idea how to clear it...any ideas? All LR cars from 1984

Last year I had the same issue with the car being stuck in the middle of Scotland on the InControl Route Planner whilst I was very much south of the border. The fix in the end was a trip to the dealers where some software was either re-loaded or reset. There were no hardware changes and the car was back the same day. What was strange was that the InControl Remote App worked fine throughout this episode and correctly recorded the cars location using that app. Range Rover Sport 2023 D350 Autobiography

I've just deleted and reinstalled the app and now the map thinks I am in Germany! I tried to plan a route from my home to a destination about 15 miles away as a test and it doesn't load, but gives me a message which says " the destination is too far to walk"!! That's after setting the app to car mode in options.

I think JLR should sack all their IT people and replace them with people who know what they're doing......like my 8 and 10 year old grand daughters!!! All LR cars from 1984

I spoke to LR about the route planner app not syncing with the car any more. They got me to try the website based planner which does sync with the car but the app on my phone doesn't sync with the car. They have no idea when this will be fixed but it is apparently a fault with the app.

It used to work excellently but not anymore. The latest version is dated as May 21 and I have even informed 'here' that the LR app with their tech doesn't work... 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel
