are you talking about tyres being directional? if so they have to rotate toward the front,, ... - .- -.

i came accross the mtter on a rr sport website, apparently they said wheels a different desigh, probably tosh, many thanks anyway. |

As a former tyre depot manager and sales and marketing manager for Goodyear UK, the only thing I can relate your question to is that radial tyres should always be run on the same side of the vehicle, as the radial belts around the tyre under the tread, will have been run in in the direction relevant to the side of the vehicle they were fitted to.

dis-agree with the wheels/tyres going fronts to back as the landrover service schedule states that during the service wheels/tyres should be changed from one side to the other on the same axle..

i cant recall a landrover OE tyre being directional ..thats probably why the that procedure in the service schedule is used.
