The later ones (yours) can only be lowered all together so lowering access mode would lower normal mode and then you will get problems with the wheels hitting the front arches on lock if you go too low...

Thanks for the reply, we have the fixed steps but they are still not helping. I was looking for a quick fix I could do at home. Is there a safe amount you can drop by? I was thinking that if it’s total the bags might them be out of the operating window? As in normal mode it’s too much of a drop? |

With a Gap Iid diagnostic tool, you can lower the normal ride height - which will lower the the Access Mode height by the same amount.

If you lower the suspension permanently don't forget to inform your insurance that you have modified the vehicle... Pete
