The brakes are functional and are ok but think they are probably working at their limit. Considering it's 2.5t there stopping would have hoped for something a bit more substantial. Not that it's the car for it but I could see the brakes throwing the towel in quite quick on a spirited drive with some heavy braking.
I've just purchased some uprated discs and pads. Only got the discs purely for their anticorrosion coating, yes I know this will come off on the braking surface but hopefully won't have the awful corrosion and delaminating that's happens on my current discs on the none braking surface.
