Calipers swapping from sliding to 6 pot Brembo

I’ve got a 2014 3.0 TDV6 which has the standard sliding calipers up front. I fancy having the Brembo six pot fixed calipers instead.

If I managed to get a set from a 4.4 TDV8, would the new calipers use the two bolt fixing holes as the original caliper carriers or would I need to use adaptors?

I’ve watched the Powerful YouTube video and I don’t think they mentioned the need for ana adaptor.
