need advice for new FFRR purchase from dealer in USA

I'm considering buying a new FFRR and I'm curious if anyone can provide advice on the following questions:

1) If I order a vehicle, how much of a discount from MSRP can be expected? Will it be expected to be a higher price for a 2012 than if I order now?

2) When does the information about changes for the 2012 model officially come out? and when will we typically see the new year's model in the showrooms in the US?

3) Can I expect that the dealer would be interested in me financing through them (as opposed to paying "cash") as a way to sweeten the deal for them?

4) Any other advice on buying a new FFRR from a dealer in the US? (I have some pretty good experience in buying other cars, but I am interested in the flavor of the market in the US.)

thanks,

We are mainly UK/Europe FFRR owners here so unless somebody else from the US comes on there will not be much help from us, sorry. However all is not lost as there is a more US centric forum as well - http://rangerovers.net/forum/ where you may get more help with buying Stateside 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes
