United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 V8 Stornoway Grey
New IID Owner

Just got an IID BT Tool from eBay. Took a bit to activate but all good now.

Searching through the menus and did the 3 things I wanted to change. Namely digital speed readout, DRL's and superlock. Are there any other 'must do's'?

It found 6 faults all dated just before I got the car. I know it was stood for a few weeks before I got it so was hoping it may just have been a dead battery that caused them. I'll retest in a few days.

After I confirmed the changes it restarted the car a couple of times and the last message was 'upload failure' but all the changes were made ok. Also the, radio, clock and mileage were reset. Is that all normal? 2011 Vogue SE TDV8

Thanks for the replies. One less thing to worry about. I'm actually hoping to never have to use it again Very Happy Expensive but it looks like its easy to get the money back at sale time. 2011 Vogue SE TDV8

My radio sets itself to FM instead of DAB but all the presets are still there.

You usually find that the 'one touch' function for the windows disappears too. Easy to restore, just hold each window switch up for 3 seconds.

Dunc. The life you have is the only one you'll get; make the most of it.
