I’ve had a 3.6 TDV8 vogue which was fantastic, but not in the same league as my now L405 4.4 SDV8 autobiography. In my opinion the car has got better in every way, handling, faster, fuel consumption and of course the interior. If your budget can stretch I would not hesitate and go L405. I work for a small indie so see them all coming in for sale and repairs. There are a few good L322’s coming through, but a lot suffering with corrosion, so L405 all day for me

Kind offer thank you. I have driver an L322 in the past so I have a good idea of just how good they are. I really just trying ascertain how much better the L405 is. In the end it’s going to come down to budget. I would prefer to buy a 60-70000 mile L322 with good history etc for say £20k than an L405 with same mileage for say £30k. |

I liked the idea of a 405. But there was a big price difference at the time.
