My RRS replacement has arrived; 2006 Vogue 3.6 TDV8 to pull the 'van and take me fishing

Issues thus far:

No sat nav unit in the rear
No headphones for the RSE
DVD changer caddy stuck
Venture cam not working (not charging)
Reversing camera not working
Power points (cigarette lighter sockets) not working

I have already sorted the power sockets (it was a short caused by a piece of metal in one of the rear points and another had been disconnected from the feed in the cubby) and have replaced two of them with USB points.

The rear camera seems straightfoward to sort once I source a replacement.

Added a couple of Brodit mounts for my phone and an Android tablet (running CarWebGuru and Torque Pro).

Anyone created their own roof rack mounts by any chance?
