2007 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Java Black

Hi,

I know this post is a little old but we sold our FF last year and so I rarely visit the forum anymore.

I discovered EE during my ownership and generally I was pleased with them. The one disappointment I had was with the billing for a particular job where Simon loaded cost and further cost making an MOT cost over £100 and charged VAT on top of fuel he had added.

After that experience I frequented alternative garages and they were terrible (chichester 4x4 and a site run by a colleague at work).

Paul at EE, however, is a gem and the reason I returned. He has a lot of knowledge, is pragmatic and I don’t believe he is trying to extract as much money as possible from you. Call it old school but rather than short term gain, Paul offers good service and advice meaning customers will return time and again as they trust him.

I’d recommend EE. It’ll be Paul that does the work and he’ll give you honest advice rather than the MD view of ‘restore to new’.

I hope it goes ok. '96 Volkswagen Polo 1.4CL - SOLD

Hi Edward,

My overall experience when I had the alternator done reflected yours. I have spoken to Simon recently about getting my front struts done but he wouldn't allow me to supply the parts which added many £££s to the cost. I appreciate why some garages take that position so used an alternative specialist. Simon was otherwise very helpful in trying to fit the job in etc.
