I`m still looking for the right FF for me and I've seen cars that are advertised as Autobiography but comes with the VOGUE badge in the trunk and I would like to know it it is possible to know if it is a VOGUE or Autobiography as second hand prices are similar and I think that it it better going for the Autobiography that the VOGE or VOGE SE

Any easy way to be sure it is an Autobiography?

Autobiography models have a plate in the front of the engine bay saying autobiography and who built it (at least my 2004 AB does.)

with the info you´ve gave me I have found this

(Autobiography - Only differences between Vogue is different paint and interior colours and expanded options of the wood trim. Any car that is a Autobiography will have the Autobiography label inside the engine bay where the paint codes are, it is not a plate anymore just a label)

I would say that this one does not seem to have le label

From 2008, Autobiography is just a regular trim level, not a custom order.
If something has a Vogue badge on the back, it seems safe to assume it isn’t an Autobiography.

Perhaps a non-technical way of spotting it is the leather roof lining on the autobiography for 2010 onwards models...A lot of the exterior clues are easily added but that isn't. So it would be either a very well specified Vogue SE (which isn't a bad thing) or an Autobiography. Or just get a 5.0SC it will have to be an Autobiography

In the UK you could also do a number plate check and it will give the registered details and should say AUTO behind the model...

Another clue for the post 2010 is no piping on the seats, a French seam instead...  Pete
