Doesn’t look like the bearings are available separately David, suppliers say they can’t get them as look to be an automotive option only. I ended up just getting new pulleys in the end. If you can get the bearing out of the pulley and measure it you should be able go get something.

I did consider doing that but looking at the bearings they have a groove machined into the outer race that locks into the plastic.

If you tackle your tdv8 pulleys & don’t strip the front end off just fan shroud same as I did it. Get a proxxon rotary ratchet (Nino-Nino originally recommend it I think) I wish I’d got one before starting to strip, rather than mid way through. it’ll save you lots of frustration.

Neither had I, great addition to the toolbox. Made things much easier in the confined space. Great also in that it ratchets as you twist back & forth.
