Hope everyone is well and keeping safe, I would be interested if anyone has any views in using this oil ebay item eBay Item No. 121926632098 20L 5w30 C1 Low SAPS Land Rover Spec Fully Synthetic Engine Oil STJLR.03.5005 Ford: WSS-M2C934-B for 6 month oil change in-between the yearly service as it seems to be 100% the same spec as one of the the recommended oils Shell Helix Ultra Professional AF-L 5w-30 which is at least double the price. |

Only my opinion but considering the overall running costs of Range rovers and the potential size of engine replacements, I think it is madness to try and save a few quid on lubricants of any kind |

I haven't used Westway, but I've been using Smith and Allan for years in a variety of vehicles. If it meets the technical specification required by the vehicle manufacturer, it meets the specification.
