Just wondering, anyone had to change the cross over water pipe on a 2011 model 4.4 tdv8?

Can you pop up a photo of the pipe you are referring to? Lots of them and some do have problems. Cheers

The plastic one between the vee under the plenum. I’m still losing a little bit of water and suspect it might be this pipe. The coolant is clear of any water emulsion so not suspecting head gasket. I’ll have to get my endoscope out and poke it in there!

Not the usual one unfortunately.

See if you can identify it from the WM in the Wiki and perhaps others can suggest a cause for your coolant loss. Do have a poke around the expansion bottle as I understand it can cause a problem. Cheers
