Front caliper repair kit.

Hey guys.
I cannot find repair kit or caliper type on 2010 3.6.
Any ideas? 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.

Any 48mm kit ok I guess 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.

Just had my front brembos refurbed and painted removed and replaced for £400 with 18 month guarantee
