The recovery point on the L322 is removed when the tow bar armature is fitted.

These are what is fitted if you don’t have a tow bar and are removed when you fit the tow bar.

Thanks for all the replies it’s a tow trust bar the seller thinks he has found the detachable swan neck so that’s one plus, seems odd they omitted a towing eye 2012 Range Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8

I have a TowTrust detachable towbar on my 2012 AB and I was offered the 'spare' recovery eyes when I had it fitted.

I think the tow bar manufactures would say don't use it as a recovery point, purely to save themselves from claims. I can't see why you can't use it for "normal" recovery as it is bolted to twice as many places as the factory point and is spreading the load much better, anything that damaged the tow bar whilst recovering would have ripped off the original part a long time before...!! ^ this is a very valid point, and definitely applies to the original, not sure about the tow trust, but the westfalia is a chunky well bolted on piece of kit, it does also have an eye by the swan neck which I have always just used for the breakaway cables, but they also seem well attached and would take a shackle..... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
