A friend and I were forced into making this puller after the local Main Dealer failed to do the job, needless to say we were not impressed.

Only took us a couple of hours and the only tools we had was Oxyacetylene cutting torch, small grinder, a bench drill press and an old stick welder.

10mins after completion the hub was off, admittedly using a long breaker bay and a length of tubing to add extra leverage. Range Rover 4.2 Supercharged 2006

So after taking a design queue - One of my mates said he would be able to mill something similar out of a piece of steel.
So I showed him the sort of thing I was after and asked me for the offset + taking measurements from a brake disc I removed. Sent him over a few dimentions from the disc and a week later this arrived in the post

One could say he is a happy bunny Smile

No doubt ill be needing to use it again, but as the car is driveable and CV grease is flying everywhere for the moment, im inclined to leave it alone. Current Fleet

I done 2 wheel bearings one front and one rear both shafts where seized in the hubs, the easiest and quickest way I found to get around it was to just whip the shaft out with the knuckle assemble and put it in a press and press it out, the a good clean up before re-assembly that was a 2002 with 170k
