Nothing; hit a pothole, got a big bulge on the sidewall, and can't get a replacement tyre until Wednesday.

Well just spent £85 on an oil service kit from cheapos. Ordered Mobil 1 oil, filter, plug, washer and oil pan.

Not sure I should be doing this when I'm supposed to be recovering from covid but I'm going nuts watching TV. Done this for 6 days now so might as well make use of the free time off work

Collected from the MOT garage, been waiting for my warranty company to supply a new Lamda sensor, only took them two weeks

Not very impressive service, however the garage were very good and discounted the retest fee. Range Rover 4.2 Supercharged 2006

Cleaning and stripping back the other rear arch/sill on my 2009. The double skin gets full of crud, been blowing it with a wet and dry cleaner. Metal all seems sound just lots of surface rust. Using a drill/wire brush to get as much of the rust off as I can .

I can see why the arches get rusty with all the trapped crap in there. Essential to remove the sill cover and clean out. I am going to anti rust, Hammerite, and I have some wax for the cavities. When I am done I will take a look at my subframes gulp. 2009 TDV8 3.6

I took it on track, the Silverstone GP circuit.

We managed to hit 12mph for a second or two!

Good experience actually and it’s probably the only thing you can do this year on NY Eve.

Ok, technically it wasn't today, but on the 29th I set off from Manchester towing a 1989 Mini that's been sat in my parents garage for ~20 years. It was my first car and will now be restored, hopefully and made legal to drive on Spanish roads!

The Range Rover was faultless the entire trip to Manchester and back, save for a "running out of diesel" incident when the trip counter said I had 16km of fuel left and I didn't Rolling with laughter

What a beast though. Absolutely the best vehicle I've ever crossed a country in.

My Dad very happy he's about to get his garage back after 20 years of "gently reminding" me about it.

It of course snowed on the day we were due to leave, but clearly no match for the RR and it's M&S tyres, even with a trailer.

Half way across France we hit a bit of proper snow and again, even an un-gritted car park at the aire!

Back home and on the drive. All in need of a wash.

Just need to strip, fix rust, fix holes, repaint, strip engine, repair, rebuild and put back together and maybe it'll be drivable again! Smile

Just been too pick up a juwel trigon 350 fish tank. Emptied the back out and it wasn't going too fit so it's either dismantle the cupboard or remove the rear seats so pop the rear seats out and both items fit with no trouble.
No idea why the pictures are facing the wrong way though

This is tee cupboard it lives on

Took the horrible chrome mirror covers off, thought they would be trashed underneath so bought some colour coded covers, but they’re not too bad.
