All modules except the PCM can be updated using the tool. Gap charge a fee for each module update, the list erroneously shows a couple of modules as not being up to date and the general advice seems to be to not update a module unless there is a good reason to do so. Excepting for the cost I would have updated all back-level modules but only updated ones where I hoped for an improvement in operation. |

cass, I agree with you. But why do they make updates available? Must be to cure a hiccup or two somehow. |

My guess is (and this is only a guess) that an update MAY fix some issue on some models under certain circumstances or in certain countries.
