I doubt your foot position is the source of the pain. From experience the best way to rid yourself of PF is to roll and massage the underside of your foot (all the tendons and muscles) on a tennis ball several times a day until the pain ceases. Normally a few days if undertaken several time each day at first. Then repeat occasionally to avoid the return of PF. MY23 D350 HSE

that works to some degree and so does one of those massage guns on the sole of your foot, but after my last bout a month or so ago I've found the best way is to buy some orthotic insoles off of Amazon one for each pair of shoes you wear regularly.

Thanks all , hope phil is right & it’s not the cause & more effect. Just makes driving and post driving a a discomfort . Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc

Another tip is to avoid walking on hard floors without shoes.
