Thanks for the info, I'm gonna get one, seems really usefull 2008 L322 Vogue 3.6 TDV8 in Java Black with parchment and Navy interior. 125000mls.

I once had a constant drain which was finally tracked down to corrosion inside the tow sockets. |

I had FSR failure on mine but not such a mystery to diagnose, it was making so much noise the neighbour knocked to say it was keeping him awake. |

I didn't get around to checking over the weekend, but I just walked past the car this evening and notice the screen (drivers info screen) was on!

Yeah, have a look at this model too, it does the small "mini blade fuse" that you get in the later fuseboxes!

If you place a stamp sized piece of tissue paper over the little grill containing a tiny fan for the HVAC you should find it is held in place by the suction of the fan, when your turn off the engine and lock the car, after approx 15 mins the tissue should fall off indicating the fan has, shut down therefore no suction, if it remains in place then its likely the fan is, still running albeit silently and drawing current.. 2008 L322 Vogue 3.6 TDV8 in Java Black with parchment and Navy interior. 125000mls.

I went with the current meter, luckily, as the drain comes back after a few hours so the tissue probably wouldn't have helped! |
