I have the L405 one. I faffed around with it for a few minutes to try and use it and couldn't work it out |

I got all the straps tangled when I tried to use the dedicated L405 thingy then I had difficulty getting the whole thing free of the top mounting - joined the RAC! Geoff |

I got the strap kit from Roger Young and it arrived this morning.

Now all you have to worry about is jacking the car up with the chocolate jack that RR provide. Then how to lift the spare onto the hub without a back injury |

Yes, heard the jack isn't the best in the world. You also have to have six foot long arms to reach the jack in the boot, even with the lower tailgate raised, it's a bit of a fight. |

No way to get the jack without climbing in the boot IMHO - I doubt you'll get to it with the lower tailgate raised.
