Hybrid TV Unit 2011 Vogue SE/No audio

Just looking for some advice please, my Hybrid TV unit failed and having checked the price with LR, (£1300 + VAT....😱) opted for a second hand unit identical to mine, my question is, should this be plug and play or will it need to be configured? The touchscreen is now working fine with no greyed out buttons but I can’t select anything other than analogue radio and there’s no sound at all. Before anyone asks, I’ve plugged the car into SDD and there are no codes....advice gratefully received. TIA

I'm not 100% sure but I believe they have to be programmed to your vehicle as they are VIN locked? 2011 TDV8 Vogue SE

Thanks, I was lead to believe they were a like for like replacement providing you kept to the same model serial number, as you say that may not be the case given the one now fitted has no audio/DAB/TV output.I was careful to find a unit very close in production number to mine to avoid any compatibility issues but unless there's another issue I'm not aware of perhaps it needs programming. Before I fire the parts/diagnostic cannon I think I'll try a hard reset....
