Looks like a possible pipe bracket that’s missing. Not 100% sure but looks like it.

My 2016 4.4 also had a very similiar coolant leak- never any sign of any leak under the car but it would lose a litre every 500-700 miles.

How long has it been since the gaskets were changed etc. It could be that what you are seeing is airlocks working their way out of the system. Keep topping it up and see if it stabilises over a few weeks. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I had the airlocks about a week after the last time it was in. This time low coolant warning came on weeks after it was in garage end of July. Always seems to be a few months after they sort it it starts again. |

Hi , not the same symptoms bit my 4.4 2015 L405 has a very slow leak over the last 6.momths and was finally traced to the thermostat housing.

I saw that on an earlier post will investigate to see if any signs of leak. |
