I start with a screw-driver to lift an edge of the centre piece then use side-cutters to grab and pull the centre out. |

Buy some clips mate, cheap as chips, a few will break . My first fatty was really bad, had to have new metal in both sills, big holes etc, it’s a cack bit of design.. |

Does any one know where these can be brought from other than Land Rover ? Some suggestion that they are part number DYC50080 but they look like the other clip off off the sill protector and not the ones that push in from the bottom. |

Try ANR2224 used to fit many plastic trims on lots of LR models over the years. |
