How to remove plastic sill cover?

I want to remove the plastic sill cover to give it a clean out and check for corrosion.

How do I remove these clips located underneath the sill?

I start with a screw-driver to lift an edge of the centre piece then use side-cutters to grab and pull the centre out.

Yes, re-usable.
However when removing them from D3s & D4s for a body off job they're usually cut off for expediency as they can be stubborn.

Buy some clips mate, cheap as chips, a few will break . My first fatty was really bad, had to have new metal in both sills, big holes etc, it’s a cack bit of design..

Thanks.

Does any one know where these can be brought from other than Land Rover ? Some suggestion that they are part number DYC50080 but they look like the other clip off off the sill protector and not the ones that push in from the bottom.

Try ANR2224 used to fit many plastic trims on lots of LR models over the years.
