Sorry, I meant the 3PMSF (three-peak mountain snowflake) on the sidewall rather than just M&S. MY23 Panamera E-Hybrid MY19 SDV8 Autobiography - Sold |

Drove up to Glasgow yesterday and had a bit of aquaplaning with the Avons but they are at 4 mm so will change them this week - might just go back to originals as it rolls a but on the 255 55 's Maybe I ask too much from it |

My Nexens are marginally noisier than the Contis they replaced, but get used to it after 6 years. No regrets. Previous cars: S-Max 2007-2013 (only diesel I've had, good car but expensive when diesely bits go wrong, so what's the point?) Galaxy 2001-2007 Mondeo Estate 1997-2001 Sierra Estate 1993-1997 Uno Turbo 1987 -1993 Fiesta 1984 - 1987 Fiat 127 1982 - 1984 |

Got the tyres fitted this morning .. all good , too early to compare the noise reduction if any but I already like the ride with the additional sidewall. It’s like being on my old 19” winter rims

I use Avons for summer tyres and swap them for Falken winter tyres from November to March. I don't think the Db ratings mean much in the real world, as I find the Falkens run more quietly than the Avons in spite of the fact they are supposed to be1Db noisier.
