Front wiper position

Front wiper position

Hi all
Any process for setting the front wipers arms on the screen.

I removed mine to re fresh and repaint with satin black, but when back on the car the front drivers seems to be seen with the bonnet closed.

Just checking before I pop back on, as low as possible.
