small update. the maf came today. sprayed with lots of contact cleaner and in she went. started car, nothing seemed out of ordinary. went for a drive, because am a moron i forgot my GAP tool came today so missed my delivery.

where did you spray the contact cleaner you shouldn't have had to put any on a brand new Maf....

Yeah was a genuine denso one, i didnt wanna take any chances haha. but i noticed one of the screws wasnt tightening so maybe it wont make a decent seal

i didnt even have delphi, just generic one with no text at all. so not sure what it is, some chinese crap am willing to guess.

When you say high how high? I was told they are so thirsty that around 3-4K you needed to blend petrol on most kits Current stable:

Around there. But dudes pretty certain he did another 4.2sc with magic reducers and had the entire rev range working smoothly. He showed me the pics of him installing the fuel return line and all. So worth a cheeky pint. Plus when we're drilling bigger injector holes ama change the valve cover gasket. If it doesn't work I've got cable for software and can start tuning in the petrol |

My fitter reckons the only reducer that holds on all the way is the Prins one... tbh though if they blending works well it doesn’t use loads of petrol Current stable:
