So a body kit supplied my Land Rover at the point of sale. Does that make it an Autobiography? Current cars

It was an option when new. I’m not sure that only Autobiographies had it.

On the L322, if that’s 2012MY for example, were 2012MY AB door handles not colour coded (they’re Brunel in the OP)?

I have bought it because of the low milage and FSH. It is a very clean car. It has an Autobiography badge but suspect that is "dressed to impress" Current cars

I have had a look at the towbar on my HSE and that drops down very low compared to the standard back bumper. My hope is that the towbar will sneak in underneath this bumper without the need to cut it. Current cars

Looks like the centre bottom section is separate so hopefully that can be removed if additional access is required. Current cars

I've got the body kit on mine and the standard LR tow bar with removable swan neck. Its a bit of a pain of an arrangement compared to no body kit, but it works well enough. To fit/use the tow bar you need to 1/4 turn the four location pins on the undertray and pull it off - you cant have it and the tow bar fitted at the same time. Then everything is just about get at-able to use the tow bar /electrics as normal. If you want to replace the undertray once the tow bar receiver has been fitted but the swan neck removed, then you'll need to cut a slot in the undertray the width of the receiver to allow it to slide back into position. I think its all a bit fugly without the undertray in place but if you're not bothered its a lot less pfaff to leave it off. A couple of old pics.
