Cheers for the quick response. My photograph uploaded to the Gallery but I only just worked out how to imbed it in the message . That's the part though! Thanks for your help. |

As a temporary fix, could you fit some heat shrink tube over the bolts? Cheers

I did something very similar although I used solid brass rod with heatshrink, because where the guides fitted the cover had been broken. Only notices when the cover is up. 2003 Range Rover Vogue TD6 |

I have 2 x HM1 and 2 x HM2 if you are interested. All are brand new still in packaging.

Thank you all so much for your responses. I'll see if any local breakers have any load covers in good condition but if that falls through i'll let you know.

A member (warninglight) is planning on 3d printing these in the near future, I sent him my broken one a few days ago to copy.

I bought some new ones from the local LR dealer. Not daft money. Can you not buy them separately anymore? 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

They are easily available from any dealer or LR parts place, e.g. Island 4x4: https://www.island-4x4.co.uk/pin-epn000010puy-p-37279.html .

HM1, at the tailgate end of the shelf, are actually EPN000020PUY, and seem to be the ones most commonly breaking and needing replacement for the moving flap. That's certainly what I ordered and fitted from Duckworths for one of my shelf pins closest to the rear of the vehicle, and was perfect.
