The rear seats have a reclining option - I would guess that one side is set more upright than the other.

I did this...but left seat stops before fully reclined. |

yep all checked. Left seat stops before getting its end position. |

Have you tried to remove the fuse and put it back in? ----------

Also try holding the recline switch for a longer period.
