It's for the 'transit relay'- stops the battery going flat between initial build and delivery to the dealer. Removed as part of PDI and the loose connector just tucked away. Same can be found on all Jaguars too. |

Absolutely no idea if it can be used as a charging point, but would doubt it. |

It is supposed to tuck into a little pocket in the polystyrene round the compressor. Just to the right of the compressor there should be a small hole in the top of the poly which looks the right size for the plug. It goes in there.ππ» There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammerππ

Time to get the spare wheel out again then and put the connector in its proper home rather than just leaving it dangle. You can't swim uphill in custard all the time, sometimes you just have to go with the flow. |
