Get some cable fishing rods, rod front the front to the back in the headlining -- you should be able to get enough of the headlining down at the front by removing the grab handle above the door -- you can get the headlining down at the back and almost get your whole arm in the roof space -- should be able to feed cables through into the tailgate through the rubber cable runs |
