First thing to do is drill out the sintered brass exhaust valve on the compressor.

And make sure the height sensors haven’t swung round and are upside down or similar.

Yes, it looks like you have accidentally swung the sensors around be reinstalling. First thing I would do is to disconnect the sensor and swivel it around to the other side and see what happens. If worst comes to worst you have to order a new one which I did right away with the new struts when I had to change them. |

Just feeding back with findings. Thank you Dr Rob. It was indeed the sintered brass exhaust valve on the compressor being blocked.

You prob saw my thread then where it was stuck in extended mode and I ended up drilling it out. Cos the air can’t escape fast enough to lower the car in a timely manner, it assumes there is an obstacle underneath so goes to full height.

I think a tiny hole is a good fix for it and a lot cheaper than what LR want.
