The big advantage of the MY17 cars with the new infotainment unit is that it has Apple CarPlay which I'm not sure you can get in the older MY16 cars and I don't think you can upgrade them either but I could be wrong. 1994 Range Rover LSE Autobiography

The door mounted controls I believe came in when the facelift version was released in 18/19. 1994 Range Rover LSE Autobiography
