Nice little drive to the train station. It’s snowing near London yay!

Bonnet struts

I put some new bonnet struts on after the strong winds kept denting my head with the bonnet.

Cleaned the nav screen, used my new and very costly iid tool to add drl and the digital speedo, also fitted supercharged brake and accelerator pedals. A good day

I collected my L322 from 9 months in storage and SORN. So it’s straight to the local garage for an MoT. Then over the Pennines to get its gearbox rebuilt! Great to have it back and getting it fit again.

Not a lot, but fitted a new oval badge to the rear. A pair of black ones cost £6 off eBay, a bargain which has tidied it up as the original green one on the rear was firebrand distorted.

A couple of hours cleaning today...

Inspired by this guy:

... I unbolted my front seats today and cleaned under them properly.

Quite moreish his channel.

His spray cleaner + magic eraser combo is the only method/product that keeps my ivory door cards clean.
And I mean 'like new' clean - the finely textured finish collects a fine grime that you can only see in very good light.

. Cheers, Greg

Doesn’t the magic eraser rub the dye off the leather? Seems the color can come off pretty easy and the eraser is a bit abrasive 2014 FF Autobiography 5.0 SC

Door cards on my VSE are not leather. (AB's have leather door cards)
Whilst using them wet reduces friction, you are correct and I wouldn't recommend them on leather
. Cheers, Greg
