I had a prins system fitted by a guy called Matt who is in Birmingham. His attention to detail was fantastic. The compressor was moved to the side box under the boot floor with a specific mount to dampen as much sound as possible, its been fantastic so far.The doughnut tank went where the spare wheel would have been. This meant I didnt lose any boot space.

It's been a god send. And the guy that did mine lives only 1 mile from me. It's way passed paying me back already. I used a 90litre doughnut tank in spare wheel in boot and moved compressor to side box in the boot. If you need me to send details of Prins guy PM me and I will gladly supply. I cant add any more to this as iv the 4.4 m62 engine but it's good to see peeps still installing lpg on there cars |

Had my 4.2sc on lpg with lube system never ran out after 60k valves seat eaten away dead engine, be careful these seat are really soft. |

What Lpg system did you use btw. Just wondering as my recent one is the recent Prins Vsi Model.

I had a Romano system, with flash lube, full return system worked great even had petrol mixed at higher rpm to offset the calorific value of gas vs petrol to retain top end performance. It

Mine was fine for miles not a missed beat, i did change plugs every 15000 miles as well as other regular service items, I used good brand flash lube and never ran out.

That's a shame, perhaps people usually move them on before they see symptoms or maybe you've been a bit unlucky, I've just spent a few bob on mine and it's now looking pristine, so I'll be keeping it for a good while unless something terminal happens.

No issues with it running lean, i had the system configured so bleed in petrol whenever there would not be enogh calorific value in gas to give the required response.

Lighthouse - wouldn’t it have been worth getting the buckets done or new seats hardened seats fitted rather than scrap it? Current stable:
