they may have a phone number, but thats doesnt always get answered

and in the modern world a reply to an email takes 30 secs. even if its just

I dropped a part request PM to Sophie last week but so far no response, so I called this morning and ordered the part over the phone no problem. Got through straight away and part ordered, paid for and delivery arranged in under 10 mins.

I am on other forums for my Italian garage queen and they are sponsored similarly, but we always pick up the phone or email. For a sponsor to respond so quickly as I have seen on here in past threads is great but I wouldn't personally expect that.

If they are also not responding to their contact us email, personal email or telephone is a different matter.

I guess what I am saying is you should not expect a business to monitor a forum religiously on the off chance of a request for a quote.
